True Interior Design is just like Fashion, its dressing your home in a way that supports you. When we connect to our bodies first we can be delivered a personalised interior that has your name on it. Its like you will have everything delivered in the post in a sense. The right things come to you, they fit perfectly, you don't have to try to have the perfect setting. It may not be what you had pictured, but it all comes together in an amazing way.

Recently we shifted and when we were setting up our new house things didn't seem to fit like they did in the last house.  We had to separate a lounge setting as we didn't have enough room to position them together, we ended up having four different coloured lounges in the same room. Previously for me this would have been unheard of. I would never have considered or even thought that they would look ok together. But this is how it ended up, and it looks amazing. Things just constellated together, it was like I was doing the moving but I was not in charge of where things would end up.

I work with you to discover your homes true design and how the set up of your home is about far more then the aesthetics and what you see. It is about a support system that holds you and the way you live. 
Our homes are a reflection of the quality that we are living in, every aspect of the home is equally important.

It can be easy to complicate and make this hard, but when you just let go of the control and allow, you may not know what is in store for you.

When we stop and feel what is really needed in our homes it can be an amazing eye opener for us and it may not be what you had pictured..

True Interior Design Consultations are available in your home. The session usually begins with a conversation about you – how you are feeling in your home and what you would like to bring into your home.

  Years ago I used to look at our bed and feel how it looked lovely but I could always see a hardness about it, I couldn't put into words at the time but then one day I visited a friends place and got to see her beautiful bed. 
  I could then see so clearly how hard my bed looked. I felt how it was  reflecting something to me, it didn't matter what I did to our bed or how much I changed the bedspreads or the pillows that hardness was alway still there. This was an eye opener for me when I realised it was reflecting to me how hard I was on myself. 

  It is amazing what our homes can reflect about life back to us. From that moment on I have been making more loving choices in my life. It is a constant unfolding for me but one that is deepening every day. It is something that will never stop. With every loving choice that I make, the  more amazing the house feels as I continue to deepen my relationship with myself. Every loving choice that I make is being reflected back to me in our home.
